About You
Tirin, but overall really great.
They sure spend a lot on these programs.
Networking could have been encouraged more. It would have been great if HR helped by trying to get us in touch with people in areas we are interested in.
Some of the case studies were a bit to simple.
The Company
Not any notable issues.
Great people.
A good example is the great lecture we had about presentation skills.
This was one of the best things.
They focused a lot on their culture and I really feel like I got a good understanding of how their culture differs from other banks.
We got exposure to a very broad set of areas which was very helpful.
Everything Else
They really take their time to pay though. Some of it was promised to be payed ages ago.
Quite a lot of networking events, but it could have been even more. HR could also have helped to arrange individual networking meetings.
The speed networking events were really great and efficient.
They informed us a bit about volunteering, but I'm sure there are other things to get involved in as well that they didn't inform us about.
A great bank with a great culture.
