About You
The insight was really participative and diversified with several games and work shadowing to get a better understanding of all the different department of the bank.
A lot of employees have been asked to participate during this week. They were full of advices and spend a lot of time with us.
The team of HR was always present and ready to guide us during the whole week.
All the games and the skills sessions we had, help me develop my teamwork, my presentation, my problem solving skills, that will be useful in my degree studies but also in my future work.
The Company
The insight was really well structured with a coherent evolution during the week. Each day was more focus on a particular department of the firm, and alternate with games and presentations.
The athmosphere was really friendly between all the participants but also professional with the employees.
The firm invested a lot with the different skills presentations we had but also the games (teamwork, stock pitch...)
I think that spending time speaking with a lot of current employees, with different points of view, made me get a good understanding of what it would be like to work here.
The different sessions and the chats we had with the analyst gave us a good understanding of the company culture
After this week, you may not know what you want to do but you definitely can know what you will not do. Moreover you can discover new types of works you would not have thought about.
Everything Else
I was fairly reimburse
We had opportunities to meet other employees almost all the time during the whole week.
The networking event opportunities were very diverse and complementary; it was definitely very useful.
We had an entire session dedicated to this types of activities.
This insight is really valuable in term of personal skills as much as in term of networking. It also helps a lot to get a better understanding of all the different works we can do in a bank.
