About You
It was truly an amazing experience. Being a first year, I was enlightened about the workings behind such a large investment bank.
Very valued. Was extremely well treated throughout the week.
Quite a lot. Esp a lot of networking helps as you get to know which department you want to work in the future.
You get to learn a lot about the financial market (things which you wouldn't learn in lectures). Also, you can relate to the things you can learn in a lecture.
The Company
Very well structured. Was not very stressful, and there were decent breaks.
Was very warm and friendly. Had expected a competitive environment but it was not like that.
It's just a spring insight week, so it is just the start.
Significantly, yes. Speaking to current employees on a daily basis you can easily formulate a schedule of their day to day activities.
A number of speeches by the heads of different divisions truly helped me understand what the company is all about. 'Our people is our best asset' is the recurring slogan I had grasped.
Very helpful indeed. I know which division I want to work in now.
Everything Else
Yes everything is practically paid for.
As I had a mentioned earlier, everyday of the week.
People from different divisions almost on every networking event. You get a taste of every division even if you are not interested.
Yes. Heard a few times that employees are active in charity work.
100%. Truly a memorable experience. Felt really sad to leave actually.
