About You
Learnt so much and was also good fun.
Not neccesarily valued butcomfortable.
Everyone was willing to spare a lot of time to talk with me
Will assist me greatly with interviews, applications, my future career in the sector and my degree.
The Company
Was very little structure which was good and bad. We could manage our own time and do what we liked, although sometimes it was difficult to find something to do as we were given minimal work.
It was good fun but also professional.
Everyone (to a very senior level) was willing to spend a lot of time with us individually.
I saw exactly what a full time role would be like.
From presentations and sitting on the trading floor I got a good understanding of this.
I was on the sales and trading floor for 2 week so saw exactly what each different role does which was very useful for deciding what I want to do.
Everything Else
More than adequately.
We could network as much as we liked.
Networking opportunities with staff were great, although the one organised for the interns at a bar was average and there could have been more social events organised.
Yes, mainly sport
Definitely it is the best Spring week I have heard of or taken part in.
