I really enjoyed to get an insight into the different group functions, the presentations were great and everyone were really nice
Everyone was interested in my opinions and questions
Everyone did their best to help me with making decisions for my career
I have developed more confidence and some other skills which will help me later
The Company
Very well structured
Some presentations were a bit long,but otherwise it was very exciting
It was only one week so there was not too much, but they invested their time in me and really worked to inform us about the company and the industry.
We got to see the buildings and meet a lot of graduates which enabled us to get a good picture of the working environment, we also did job shadowing which allowed us to see what we can eb expected to do on an everyday basis.
Met a lot of graduates which enabled us to get a good picture of the company culture, we also had ropesentations on the culture change that RBS is going through, and thus we now really understand the culture.
We giot all the information you could possible need to make a choice

Travel expenses were reimnbursed and lunch was paid for
2 out of 4 days, as well as getting to meet a lot of peiople when job shadowing
very good, I met a lot of people and got their contact details as well as good advice
Gogarburn have very good facilities, the swimming pool and gym looks really nice and with a lot of room.
Yes, the week has reallly opened my eyes to the carweer path I want to take, furthermore, it allowed us to be in a real work environment as well as to present to senior executives
