About You
I really enjoyed this week. It gave me a great insight into the different areas of group functions, letting me know what perhaps wasn't right for me and what was.
We were treated like actual employees which was great.
Lots of talks to let us know what was going to be happening, we always had people to ask questions to if we needed.
The week developed group working skills, presentation skills, networking skills
The Company
Very well structured, we were given an idea of what the week would be like well in advanced. Everything stuck to timings (reasonably) well, excluding the lunch incident on wednesday.
The atmosphere was really relaxed
The firm really invested us. Gave us a chance to work in teams, present, network.
I think in being here you realise you will be exposed to a lot in any role and work alongside a lot of different people.
I think the company culture is quite often re-iterated to us.
Everything Else
It would've been nice to have been reimbursed for the travel here and back every day given that the ones from further away were reimbursed for their travel, Obviously not for taxis but for buses I don't see why this would be a problem.
Excellent opportunities. the networking event was really nice. Perhaps another networking event right at the end of the week.
They were great! I really enjoyed speaking to them.
