About You
It was nice networking event at Lloyds office in London, I really enjoyed it as it was a good opportunity to meet new people and to talk to current staff at the group.
It was only an insight day, so I do not think we had enough time to feel valued for that time.
We had an opportunity to ask as much questions as we want, and also we met some of the current graduates, which gave us an idea what the working for Lloyds is like.
The information that we received was invaluable and "first hand" for me, like what type of people they are looking for, what the different roles in their company are like, what is like to work in the banking industry, etc. As I would really like to work in that industry, that information was invaluable. We did not have many time to develop any new skills though.
The Company
Very good and informative in my opinion.
Nice and friendly, as I had an opportunity to meet many new people.
It was only an insight day, so they reimbursed our travel expenses for that day and provided lunch.
They gave us a really good idea what the work is like in the different career roles.
They have really made a difference.
I knew that I would like to work in the Finance industry, and that insight assured me that I have made a right decision for my career, as I am very interested in banks in general.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed my travel expenses (rail and underground in London)
Yes, we met some people, who work for Lloyds at the moment.
Good, it was a good networking event.
No. Maybe it is my fault that I have never asked anyone, as I have never though of that.
It was a good experience, so yes, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to pursue a career in banking.
