About You
A lot of presentations and information although the interactive sessions and breaks broke the day up well.
They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Lots of time for questions and a networking lunch showed just how welcoming the company is.
Lots of time for questions.
There was an employability session which despite being fairly short did provide a lot of helpful tips.
The Company
We were given an agenda prior to the day and were constantly reminded of session length and next sessions.
Everyone was happy to be there, and generally positive to be working in the company itself.
It was quite a general day but they were very focussed on ensuring we all achieved what we had come to do.
The networking lunch along with all the presentations in the day gave real insight into not only the general departments but also the day to day job.
It was clear everyone was very content working within this company.
There was a lot of information and it made the business lines really appeal to me.
Everything Else
Travel expenses of up to £50 were provided. More could be given if necessary.
Lots of question time throughout the day but the networking lunch really allowed a laid back chance to really question the day to day life of employees.
As mentioned, laid back and it was easy to converse with the employees.
There was a presentation on the networks within the company. LGBT, womens etc.
Great one day insight into actuarial business roles.
