Working Shadowing part has given us lots of guidance.
My degree is generally irrelevantly with the program
The Company
It would be better if the structure of the firm can be explained better.
People are friendly. My team was really great.
One to one work shadowing makes me feel they are investing on us.
The culture of the firm was well explained
Very much so. For Citi the global fact was strongly emphasized.
I am still a bit struggle, as some divisions in Citi seems to be overlapping.
Everything Else
Fully reimbursed
There were several networking events.
It lasts a bit too long. But it is quite fun.
They didn't mention that.
It is absolutely a good opportunity to know more people and develop the understanding for banking industry.
