About You
Very good insight into the different Front Office jobs available and some fun activities
It is only a 3 days insight but we were still considered the future of Hsbc
HR was always willing to reply any queries
Quite useful in determining the condition of the banking sector which can be applied to some extent to my degree
The Company
Very well, everything was on time
Very interactive and other interns were nice and we were not competing against each other
A lot of skills sessions and networking events
There was no work shadowing available therefore making it hard to fully understand the scope of the job nonetheless networking with employees can give you an idea.
HSBC's more conservative culture was definitely highlighted
Very helpful
Everything Else
Travel expenses reimbursed
Dinners, canapés, speed networking etc
The final dinner was particularly informal and a great way to network
Not really
As long as they have an interest in banking
