The Role
A tough start with a restructuring within the Marketing but I have progressed will in my time here.
Never enough hours in the day but learnt lots!
Had some fantastic experiences including presenting to the board and other senior managers regularly.
I don't go back to university unitl October 2010 but the work ethic and workload management skills I have developed will both to be priceless in my final year of study.
The Company
Worked with some great people who really looked after me and made coming to work enjoyable.
Apart from the initial change of department upon my arrival I feel the placement was well organised although i would have liked more exposure to other departments within the business.
Opportunity to go on several conferences. Would have liked an official qualification on my CV but the current economic climate meant budget was tight.
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare from home
I feel there a good chance to join the graduate program should I feel this the best opportunity upon graduating.
The Culture
QAS always employ outgoing, socializing individuals!
Quite expensive but then again it's London but the salary you are paid easily enables you to have a good time and the area the offices are located is well worth the extra cost.
Plenty of bars on your doorstep and one extremely cheesy club I advise giving a miss!
A QAS support a charity called CHICKS and there is the opportunity to spend a weekend away as a volunteer.
