About You
Packed days, but enjoyable. Generally made up of presentations about various divisions with the occasional business-orientated game. Also included a short work shadowing session.
Employees were very pleasant and helpful - always answering any questions I had or giving guidance. Felt part of the Citi 'team' the whole time.
Given an schedule, ran like clockwork. Employees were always helpful if support needed.
Generally revolved around learning about various divisions and how Citi operates, so helpful to a certain extent but no so much with the degree.
The Company
Ran perfectly.
Felt relaxed, but under control the whole time.
Only a 3-day insight, so not too much exposure. More listening than action, so hard to improve personal qualities a huge deal.
Only had 2 hours work shadowing, so hard to get a real feel of what working in Citi would be like.
Good exposure to employees from a large array of divisions so could therefore meet all types of people.
Gave very good introductions to various divisions - really helped clear up myths about what the roles of certain divisions were and gave a real insight.
Everything Else
Citi provided accomodation. Travel reimbursed.
Networking opportunities the whole time. Specific networking events set up every night.
Well planned out and thoroughly enjoyable.
Had to ask to get the answer to this question. Would have been useful to have a small brief about what employes can get up to outside of their work.
Absolutely! Very enjoyable and learned a lot from it!
