  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Insight week was quite intense but I did not learn much.

    • We had a lot of speakers from different divisions and hierarchy. Hotel accomodation and dinner was provided.

    • We were guided by the HR people 24/7.

    • I knew a lot of the things I was taught at the insight.

    • Very well, with conferences alternating with neworking.

    • The HR were very open to discussion and had organized plenty activities during the day.

    • This week represents an important financial investment from the company and they employed their people's time for us.

    • I knew a lot about it already so I did not learn much.

    • A lot because of the networking session and the mentor we had, plus the fact that we spent all our day in the office.

    • Travel, hotel and dinner expenses were reimbursed.

    • Pretty good, but the people often come from the same universities so it is a bit challenging to find your place in the beginning.

    • A bit, but the job is really challenging and takes a lot of time.
