About You
Insight week was quite intense but I did not learn much.
We had a lot of speakers from different divisions and hierarchy. Hotel accomodation and dinner was provided.
We were guided by the HR people 24/7.
I knew a lot of the things I was taught at the insight.
The Company
Very well, with conferences alternating with neworking.
The HR were very open to discussion and had organized plenty activities during the day.
This week represents an important financial investment from the company and they employed their people's time for us.
I knew a lot about it already so I did not learn much.
A lot because of the networking session and the mentor we had, plus the fact that we spent all our day in the office.
I had already decided.
Everything Else
Travel, hotel and dinner expenses were reimbursed.
Plenty.
Pretty good, but the people often come from the same universities so it is a bit challenging to find your place in the beginning.
A bit, but the job is really challenging and takes a lot of time.
Definitely if this person wants to discover and confirm his/her interest in IB
