The Role
I enjoyed being made part of the team and having reponsibility of having lots of different and varied jobs to do out at a client
The people I worked with, and the people I was in contact with EY were extremely friendly, and I felt like I have worked with them for years.
I was given plenty of verbal feedback and support during my internship.
I was extremely busy, and regularly did 11/12 hour days. This wasn't a problem though as I enjoyed every part of it, and the challeges were great
I was told what I needed to do for tasks but pretty much left to use my own initiative as to how to do the work
Being thrown in the deep end meant I learnt extremely quickly and I feel I will be able to buld on these skills
The Company
For the main part of my placement I didn't see any of the other interns becuase I was always at a clients, but the time I spent with everyone including the interns saw me having lots of fun, and I thoroughly enjoyed it
The team who set up and organised everything were great
I could access online leanring whihc I could access on demand. I would definately had made more use of it if I had the time
Company Parties/Events
I hope I have impressed EY enough to get a job with them. If I were to get offered one, it would be a great starting block for my career.
