The Role
Brilliant internship as I was able to experience a wide range of tasks and have an insight into the job role.
Everyone was very welcoming and we felt like a little family within the team.
The managers were very helpful and took the time to explain tasks to me.
I was kept busy throughout my six week internship as there was always tasks I could assist on or observe others.
I was given alot of responsibility throughout my time, being able to complete tasks on my own and deal with client queries.
I feel the skills I have developed will assist me in my degree as it has given me an insight into the theory and developed my knowledge further. The training I received will also help in my future career as I understand the basis of auditing and have gained skills that I will use afterwards.
The Company
All team members were very friendly and I was able to make good friends.
It was very organised as before I came I had a buddy assigned to me and the training was well structured.
The company invested a large amount of time into me to further my develop, including a trip to Florida to network with other interns across the world.
Flexi Time
International Travel
I am hoping to remain in the organisation and there are graduate positions open.
The Culture
We had a social numerous times throughout our induction and within the office so all interns could get to know each other and colleagues.
It was relatively cheap compared to other cities.
There is good nightlife depending on which day it is.
There was a range of opportunities including CSR days and assisting in charity functions.
