About You
Good insight into the oppurtunities available. Learnt that it is very flexible to move between different areas of the company, hearing from other staff.
Very encouraging staff who are proud to work there.
They gave a good outline of what they expected from you in the tasks.
Helped me alot with understanding theres different oppurtunities out there, especially with PwC who don't limit you to particular roles but rather encourage you to do what you are most comfortable with. There was emphasis on team work ethic for many of its projects.
The Company
Very intense schedule with many different activites.
Buzzing atmosphere with students from different uni's and parts of the world. Always talking about activities that engaged us.
Could tell they put a great amount of effort with getting activites organised succinctly.
At this stage there are people applying for different areas within PwC, so there is not great emphasis on a specific role. There was oppurtunities to meet with staff and discuss their role within the company.
Great place to work with a co-operative environment.
I was very encouraged to apply for consultancy after this insight, as i was more aware of the benefits available in the area.
Everything Else
Paid for flights
One night with many employees to talk to.
Formal dinner.
Employees are normal people who aren't doing anything too outlandish. One guy runs alot.
Very well structured and demanding enough to keep you alert and interested.
