    • The week was really well structured and very informative

    • Attempts were made to highlight that we were handpicked from an extremely large applicant pool which made me further value the opportunity.

    • We were each assigned a mentor and also had the Graduate Recruitment team nearby to ask any questions.

    • Some of the presentations gave a useful analysis of topics I cover in my Macroeconomics module

    • We had a very busy day and always knew what we were doing/what was coming next.

    • Really great atmosphere! Everyone was extremely friendly and ready to talk to you!

    • The atmosphere was amazing and something I would love to be a part of in the future. I had a great taster into the culture of the firm.

    • Accommodation and travel was provided

    • Loads of networking opportunity everyday! These varied in the type of employees and how intimate the networking sessions were.

  • 13. How were the networking/ social event opportunities?

    • The intimate networking sessions were a lot better as the larger group setting often resulted in the dominant/louder people in the group being heard making it difficult for everyone to get their questions answered.

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?

    • The people in the firm could just start their own activities ! On the first day, the firm organized a transport fair so that the staff could explore new or cheaper ways to commute.

  • 15. Would you recommend this insight to a friend?

    • Definiately! It was a great week, quite long hours in comparison to what I'm used to at uni, but it was worth it!
