About You
It gave a really good insight into the different sectors at the firm.
Everyone was very welcoming, the student recruitment team were very friendly and helpful and likewise were the people on the graduate schemes who came to talk.
Lots of guidance into the different sectors and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Also gave a good idea of how a career at Deloitte may progress from a graduate scheme and into the future.
Very useful advice concerning 'self branding' and interview skills which will help with events and applications in the future.
The Company
It was well structured overall, and nothing was rushed through with plenty of breaks to ask personal questions and recharge between sessions.
Everyone involved was friendly and good company, made it feel relaxed. The speakers were engaging.
Clearly Deloitte places a lot of resources into potential employees, evident through the time and effort to get a range of speakers both in house and others (Self-branding speaker) to talk.
The talks gave a strong understanding of the roles and day to day activities of working at the firm. Interactions outside of the sessions however fleshed out my understanding of how a life at Deloitte might be. Particularly in my conversations with current graduates at the firm.
Much emphasis was given in portraying the firms culture and what makes it unique.
By providing the insight into all of the sectors as well as the firm itself; I feel far more confident in my potential career choices not only in the sectors as a whole but in the various specialisations within them.

As stated above - plenty of time to interact with employees. However on one occasion an employee I wish to speak to left after there talk before I had a chance to ask my personal questions. Overall plenty of interaction, I'm just nit picking.
It seemed that one of the main goals of the event was networking with current employees and each other. This continued throughout the event with icebreaking exercises and mealtimes.
The speakers mentioned the multitude of activities available through the firm. Such as the clubs and charity events that are very each to get involved in and regular internal emails detailing upcoming activities.
Yes. It not only gave a clear insight into the firm, but it gave good advice on how to gain future experiences with Deloitte.
