About You
There wasn't a minute where we didn't know what to do.
There was a bowling night where some analyst came to talk to the intern and had fun with us.
The HR were always with us to help us if we were a bit lost.
Hearing conferences on every division of the bank really helped me to chose what division I want to work in.

Citi did great in the organisation but the atmosphere also depends on the students that are attending the spring week. It depends on your promotion...
The four stars hotel can show the interest they have in you. The workshadowing experience is also a big investment for Citi.
The workshadowing was crucial to really understand what it's really like in a bank!
