About You
Participated in Women of Tomorrow programme. Really enjoyed it and met some lovely people.
All employees were friendly and happy to answer any questions. Made everyone feel very welcome.
The programme really helped me understand banking. Received a lot of guidance throughout the three days.
Found a lot of valuable information which will definitely help me in the future.
The Company
The structure was fantastic. A very good balance between networking, presentations and games (trading and M&A)
Atmosphere was amazing, I'd love to go back there.
We had an interview skills and CV session which was very helpful.
We had a two hour work shadowing session. I worked with someone with sales & trading through which I was able to understand things such as their responsibilities and day-to-day routine.
The programme was specific to women. It really brought out how much Citi appreciated women and how much support they provide to them.
The work shadowing was definitely very helpful as I was on the trading floor. I could get a feel of the atmosphere I would be working in.
Everything Else
We were reimbursed for travel and accommodation. Food and drink was provided throughout the programme.
Lots of networking opportunities with employees from different divisions.
Really good. People were happy to come and network with the interns and answer any questions.
Definitely. Really enjoyed the programme and it's a great opportunity to get an insight into the industry and how citi works.
