The Role
Very positive atmosphere and positive people keen on sharing their experience and knowledge. Good overview on audit tasks. Regrets: a couple of repetitive tasks even if it is usually the rule of this job.
Colleagues thank you for your work and fill in an assessment form after each mission.
Buddy and councellor assigned to each intern. Available managers. Several meetings to discuss the internship at the beginning, mid and end.
An accounting training at the beginning would have been constructive.
The Company
Plus: very well organised preparation before comingm induction days and end internship celebration. Minus: No cantine, no discounts for sport clubs. I would have sometimes appreciated to have more responsibilities or in-depth tasks.
Auditors very open to share their experience and knowledge and to answer questions. However, a training in accounting at the beginning could have been constructive.
Above 25 days holiday
The Culture
Very positive atmosphere during the induction days. Unfortunately, could not meet the other interns so much.
