About You
The work experience for school students were invaluable. Very educational.
Despite it being a one week course, students still get some hands-on experience.
The staffs were always very supportive.
The work experience was very eye-opening. It helps school students to decide if they would like to pursue a career with engineering & aerospace manufacturing firms. It also provides students with the opportunities to explore other divisions such as Finance, IT, Procurement and Human Resources.
The Company
It was very well structured. The mentors had a scheduled programme for their mentees.
A great balanced in their agile working environment.
Airbus invested a lot of human capitals for their work experience placement programme.
Had an in-depth insight into the division that we applied to.
Had a good overview of the company culture by the HR team on our first induction day.
It provides pre-university students an excellent guide to the industry and discipline that they would like to pursue in university.
Everything Else
We have to cover our own expenses.
There were some networking opportunities across various departments.
Their graduates were very helpful. Always willing to support you with your inquiries.
A lot of social and wide range of sports activities for their employees.
The work experience is a great pathway for pre-university students to explore the discipline / industry that they would like to pursue when they enter university.
