About You
Help participants to develop strong organisational and leadership skills. One in a life-time opportunity. The experience was invaluable.
The accommodation and food provided were great. Staffs were very attentive and always willing to offer a lending hand.
The staffs were very professional. Very engaging Q&A sessions. The HR Team even helped us by giving us a mock interview. A very useful footstep if you are attending interviews or assessment centres.
The Talent Academy programme has helped me to instil leadership qualities within an organisation. At the same time, I have improved my interpersonal skills and communication skills.
The Company
Always ahead of the time. Everything ran rather smoothly. "Flawless" might be the word to describe the whole programme.
Everyone was very outgoing and engaging. The staffs were very helpful. Very interactive residential course.
The employees spent a lot of time out from their work to train us. Really appreciate their effort.
A reasonably insight was given despite it being more of a leadership camp. Had a good overview of the firm.
We had the opportunities to learn a lot more about the firm through the videos, presentations, case studies and networking opportunities with the employees.
Some rooms for improvement: There could be more business areas / services line that they could focus or attend to, so participants could have a greater exposure to those divisions.
Everything Else
Accommodation, food and drinks were all covered throughout the programmes. Travel allowances up to £150
There were a lot of networking opportunities throughout the event. It was highly emphasize for this event.
The networking sessions were great. I find talking to recent graduates the most handy. Partners and managers were equally helpful.
Get to learn more about this area via networking sessions. (eg. teach first / travel / sports and charity)
Definitely. It's one of the most enjoyable and informative residential course that I have attended (though I have not been to that many yet). But I would recommend you to apply.
