  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • Help participants to develop strong organisational and leadership skills. One in a life-time opportunity. The experience was invaluable.

  • The accommodation and food provided were great. Staffs were very attentive and always willing to offer a lending hand.

  • The staffs were very professional. Very engaging Q&A sessions. The HR Team even helped us by giving us a mock interview. A very useful footstep if you are attending interviews or assessment centres.

  • The Talent Academy programme has helped me to instil leadership qualities within an organisation. At the same time, I have improved my interpersonal skills and communication skills.

  • Always ahead of the time. Everything ran rather smoothly. "Flawless" might be the word to describe the whole programme.

  • Everyone was very outgoing and engaging. The staffs were very helpful. Very interactive residential course.

  • The employees spent a lot of time out from their work to train us. Really appreciate their effort.

  • A reasonably insight was given despite it being more of a leadership camp. Had a good overview of the firm.

  • We had the opportunities to learn a lot more about the firm through the videos, presentations, case studies and networking opportunities with the employees.

  • Some rooms for improvement: There could be more business areas / services line that they could focus or attend to, so participants could have a greater exposure to those divisions.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?
  • Accommodation, food and drinks were all covered throughout the programmes. Travel allowances up to £150


  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • There were a lot of networking opportunities throughout the event. It was highly emphasize for this event.

  • The networking sessions were great. I find talking to recent graduates the most handy. Partners and managers were equally helpful.

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?
  • Get to learn more about this area via networking sessions. (eg. teach first / travel / sports and charity)

  • 15. Would you recommend this insight to a friend?
  • Definitely. It's one of the most enjoyable and informative residential course that I have attended (though I have not been to that many yet). But I would recommend you to apply.
