About You
Lots of fun activities were organised throughout, especially the team exercises, which made for a memorable few days.
We were given exposure to senior partners and recent graduates, who all treated us with respect.
More information could have been provided about the specific service lines offered by PwC.
My degree is not explicitly related to what PwC does but some of the soft skills I developed such as delivering a presentation under pressure are bound to stand me in excellent stead for future assessments.
The Company
A well-organised timetable was kept to religiously, enabling us to undertake a range of interviews, presentations and teambuilding activities.
Evening activities included a quiz and there were lots of breaks during the day which kept spirits up.
I felt like they wanted me to continue at PwC and thus devoted significant resources to my personal development.
Less information was provided about the "next steps" than I might have liked.
It would have been beneficial to include a tour of the company offices but I certainly got a sense of the type of people that work at PwC.
I gained a greater sense of whether my skill set and personality were suited to working at the organisation.
Everything Else
I am still awaiting confirmation of this.
In particular, a dinner was organised with senior partners.
Ample in number and well attended.
It might have been useful to hear about any societies etc. that PwC's staff run.
Overall the experience was highly insightful.
