The Role
I really enjoyed my job as i applied what i learnt on my course and enjoyed working with the people.
everyone was extremely nice! they were all fun to work with and i learnt a lot from them.
My manager knew what i was doing. Although at times the project i was going to be working on was unclear for the go ahead. although the guidance on personal development was good.
Sometimes i had little to do! bt most of the time i had work to do.
i had alot of responsibility. people depended on me and i had to run the show when the lead BA was out of office.
if i fall into a job similar to this i will be using them for the rest of my life. especially the personal skills i learnt, such as presentation, listening, communicating skills. also areas such as my confidence and speech also was something that i have improved upon and will continue using in a professional manner.
The Company
mediocre: the use of cubes as our offices separated us as a team, but some poople found that they had more privacy. it hink it put more of a depressing mood over the whole room.the atmosphere was ok though, everyone seemend to get along and the opne door policy was also a bonus.
really good. i knew what i was doing. the people at intel knew what we had to do and helped wherever they could.
they invested in a lot of development. allowed me to develop a lot of skills.
