Thoroughly interactive and insightful
Time was taken to assess each individual and small group
Hosts were approachable and willing to answer questions
Help with developing presentation skills. High level of information which will be useful in a career with Deloitte
The Company
Extremely well-structured and punctual. Packed a lot of info into the 2 days
Lots of time to network. Very friendly peers and hosts. The dinner event was great
Personal branding sessions and individual feedback on interview skills were useful
Great overview of the culture at Deloitte and the responsibilities of each department
Great insight into the common areas between all depts, such as company culture, progression framework, management set-up etc
Opened up new areas that I had previously dismissed

The free dinner and networking event was very sociable and informal
