The Role
The job was varied and always busy with good support and training given. I very much enjoyed my job.
I very quickly felt like an integral part of the team - within a few weeks it didnt feel like a placement and I am hoping to return on their graduate program
I have regular 1:1 meetings with my manager to discuss my progress and development. The management are also approachable and helpful on a day to day basis
I was extremely busy - often working outside of normal office hours - that might not be ideal for some but it suits my personality
I was given a high level of responsibility and had to meet many deadlines on pieces of work which would be reviewed by senior management and regularly run meetings and conference calls.
I have improved my skills in time management, public speaking and in my opinion most importantly learned how to operate in a large company. As well as improving my technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
The Company
Professional but the team also new how to enjoy themselves - when we had the time
The team I worked in was excellent and were very well organised - the HR dept less so but it didn't detract from the experience
Training was made available for everything from specific software training to time management to ergonomics! This was supported by on the job help from experienced staff whenever it was needed.

Very appealing and I will be applying to their graduate program
The Culture
I believe so but I didn't socialise with them (due to my next point).
Not applicable to me as I live at home in Central London (Zone 1) and commuted to work.
Not applicable as I live and work in different places.
Yes, but I chose not to do so. (see point 13).
