The Role
Each new employee are assigned a buddy as an informal point of call and a counsellor who you discuss your annual development plan with. Plus you can always ask questions of anyone in the team in which you are working for help and guidance.
On several occasions I would go out to the client site alone and I was always responsible for work assigned to me
The Company
Ernst & Young have a truly people-oriented culture where everybody is friendly, welcoming and approachable
As part of the placement we performed 2 ICAS exams, attended trainging courses and took on a role similar to that of a graduate
I attended a Core Skills training week and a Delivery at the Client course run by external human resource consultants
Company Parties/Events
Even if I choose to change my career, there are many different routes wihin the organisation which I can take
The Culture
We attend college together when studying fr two ICAS exams and meet up throughout the year, whether organised by ourselves or by EY
