About You
A great programme to help you understand how the company (and the industry itself) works.
Everyone was always willing to help and answer all of our questions. Also, we were asked about our opinions on the programme and the company a lot.
We always knew what we were doing, and if we didn't understand something, everyone was willing to explain it.
Networking skills were highly developed, once we were always meeting new people and being encouraged to ask lots of questions
The Company
It was a very well structured insight, with long and busy days, with lots of useful information to take in
I met amazing people, from other Spring Interns to Citi analysts, Directors, etc.
Each one of us got an analyst to walk arround with us and to answer all our questions and doubts. Also, the amount of time and preparation the company put in the programme was amazing.
It was really helpful to talk to lots of different people from Citi, which gave me a clearer idea to what would be like to work there.
As I already mentioned, the networking events and opportunities were crucial to understand the company culture.
I believe that after the programme it was clear to me what division I would like to work in.
Everything Else
Transportation and accommodation expenses were fully reimbursed
We had a networking opportunity every second of every day
The networking event was a dinner party, not with much food, very crouded and loud, but it was a great opportunitie to meet other Citi Interns and also some employees.
We didn't get the chance to.
It was a great experience.
