About You
Insight was useful to find out about the opportunities for graduates.
The Lloyds team were very engaging and happy to answer any questions
We received feedback on the group exercises which was useful to look at areas for improvement.
The insight was more about the opportunities available and the process rather than provide skills for university.
The Company
Insight was well structured, with events set up throughout the day
Insight was great, made some connections on the day.
Again the insight was more informational rather than build personal skills.
Insight was good to understand what working for Lloyds would be like and the opportunities that exist.
Graduates and staff spoke about the things they do with the support of Lloyds and the general supportive culture.
Day was helpful about narrowing day which grad scheme to apply for.
Everything Else
Paid for travel expenses.
Opportunities existed where you were able to speak to other people taking part in the day and current grads as well.
Events were good and relaxed, you could ask any appropriate question you needed to.
Staff and current grads spoke about what events they take part in from organising to taking part.
Yes, good experience.
