About You
A good intuition into the capital markets of RBS via their insight programme.
It was great. They reimbursed our travel costs and accommodation was provided. Can see how much RBS invest in their spring week interns.
We were involved in different activities with the representatives from different departments.
The training and presentation were really good. It draws us to be more engaging and helped shaped my organizational skills

Very well planned. Structured. Days were intense but it was always interesting for spring interns to pick up the things they thought us.
People in RBS are great. Friendly, helpful. Very skilled and interesting individuals.

There was a lot of networking opportunities after each sessions. From senior staff members to recent graduates ....
Get to learn more about their daily operations, what they do outside their work, the company culture and opportunities within the industry. Was very good overall
RBS offered a lot of charity and volunteering work (a lot of CSR opportunities) ....
I thought it was really well structured. RBS is definitely a good firm to work with. Would recommend you to apply if you would like to have an insight into the banking industry. Plenty of opportunities ....
