  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The job was challenging at times but a lot of support was provided to me from management and other colleagues. I really enjoyed it.

  • Being part of the team, and not just a student, I was immediately welcomed.

  • Management guided and supported me all the time, when required.

  • With conferences and regular laugh campaigns, I was extremely busy but usually a steady rate outside of these periods.

  • Being part of the team, I was given interesting and exiting projects to work on and manage.

  • I've learnt real skills. They're help me tremendously throughout my final year and in the future.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Work hard, play hard. It was all so good fun.

  • Very well, they greeted me and made me one of the team.

  • Lots of training was available as well as from other colleagues, such as sales representatives. I also developed my presentation skills.

  • Students are extremely valued and I'm hoping to go back into a marketing position.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Very good socially. Many of the students lived in the area, which meant good nights out. many of my friends at Uni now are people that I met on placement.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Quite an expensive place to live, I wasnt able to save very much.

  • Only good because of the other students!

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Sports and Social club organised lots of events to get involved with, and i was able to join a football Club also.
