About You
From the start till the end. It was very well structured and focuses a lot on trainings and developments.
The time, money, human resources and everything that EY has invested was very invaluable. Everyone felt that they were very much appreciated over there.
Each teams are assigned a facilitator which participants could engage with. Experts in leadership development gave us a good presentation and development training.
Expert in each field certainly helped us achieve what we wanted to learn and develop.
The Company
It was very well planned. Time management was really good. Teams were structured with a staff from EY as our facilitator , and we had external speaker to develop us on leadership qualities.
Training and development programme were intense but at the same, set in a very relaxed setting environment. Good work balanced.
I definitely learn a lot from this programme, particularly on leadership skills which was largely emphasize in this event.
The leadership academy focuses more on leadership and personal development rather than the firm. However, we can always ask the facilitator questions regarding their roles and firm
The event has made me learned that EY invest a lot in their human resources in terms of trainings and development. Would love to work here.
It emphasize more on our personal development and leadership qualities, skills that we could integrate with our future employers. In terms of service lines and industry, it was less helpful.
Everything Else
Travel costs were covered. Food, drinks and accommodation all provided.
There were plenty of networking opportunities for networking. Senior staff management to graduates. My facilitator was also friendly and helpful
It was very well organised. Could be improved if we could get more rotation when it comes to networking but nevertheless opportunities are there
They have common interest groups and a lot of healthy sports events for employees.
It is one of the best development camp that I have ever attended. If you would like to develop your leadership and organisational skills. This is the event to be !!!
