About You
Really enjoyed it. Very aspiring candidates and leading women in the industries.
J.P. Morgan invested a lot in us. They trained and developed us.
Everyone in the firm is just so welcoming. I find them helpful and kind. They made me feel comfortable throughout the programme and made me want to work there.
They guidance was incredible. They gave us a lot of materials on how to succeed in the firm and the industry. It was an invaluable opportunity.
The Company
Very professional and well time-managed. Everything was planned ahead. Each day was split up into skills and networkingsessions, presentation from senior execs and analysts, and trading games.
I find it very aspiring. As mentioned, all participants were female and the leading women in J.P. Morgan was very inspiring for me. I see them as role models. The atmosphere was great and friendly.
We were all paired with a mentor. It was very tailored to our needs. It was very useful.
I find the setting in J.P. Morgan very suiting for me, despite the longer working hours and stressful aspect of the job. I feel comfortable and appreciated over there.
We managed to learn quite a lot about the core values of the company. I thought the working ethic in J.P. Morgan was great.
I think the 3 days Winning Women was great way to explore more about investment banking. I learned about their culture (working hours, job aspects etc) through the mentoring scheme. It has helped me to decide my future career pathway.
Everything Else
We were reimbursed our travel costs. Accommodation was also provided throughout the programme.
A lot networking opportunities such as luncheons with the senior executive team, directors, associates etc. It was a great way to learn about the firm
The discussion wan't just restricted to finance. The staffs were very happy to answered all the questions that you are interested to know
There are a lot of team building activities and events that helped to connect employees across different departments.
I would recommend all ladies out there to apply. It was a good way to learn about the industry and firm. I find the mentoring scheme very effective.
