  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • The atmosphere in Finance changed dramatically depending on the stage of the monthly/quarterly cycles, ranging from really quiet to very busy at month/quarterly ends.

    • Great support system in the form of Personal Development Managers who provided support throughout the year outside of your job role and direct manager.

    • Reasonably cheap in Portsmouth, the nightlife isnt exactly thriving but it is what you make it..

    • Yes, we had christmas parties and monthly socials. I also played hockey for an IBM team throughout the year.
