The majority of my work was ad hoc but I enjoyed the variety and pressure.
The Company
The atmosphere in Finance changed dramatically depending on the stage of the monthly/quarterly cycles, ranging from really quiet to very busy at month/quarterly ends.
Great support system in the form of Personal Development Managers who provided support throughout the year outside of your job role and direct manager.

Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
The Culture

Yes, we had christmas parties and monthly socials. I also played hockey for an IBM team throughout the year.
