About You
Only a day but it was useful, group activity was fun.
Staff were always polite and helpful, graduates were all very down to earth and happy to share their experiences.
Not a lot can be fitted into one day, but heard from a senior head of department about her career path, discussed ways to improve our applications and ran through mock assessment activity.
Again only one day, so not much development personally.
The Company
Timetable did not feel too hectic and rushed, whilst also not feeling like we were wasting time.
Majority of people I spoke to were very kind and open, it was easy to network with everyone.
Only one day in length so not too much could be done.
Received a detailed talk from a senior head of department about her current job and career path. Also spent time with individual graduates to discuss what their jobs are like.
Company culture was heavily emphasized in the introduction presentation
Helped me to be better informed about careers at Lloyds bank.
Everything Else
50GBP reimbursement for expenses
During the informal lunch we were only able to network with graduates, would have been nice to speak to more senior members.
Informal networking during lunch and then time to talk to specific graduates in small groups.
Graduates were open to discuss their lives outside of work.
Useful for those unsure about Lloyds Banking Group.
