About You
It was a very insightful experience and made me fall in love with the company and its beliefs.
I was made to feel very welcomed.
There were a lot of opportunities to talk to people both within and outside your chosen business area, which helped give insight into not just your business area, but to the company as a whole as well.
As it was only a three day programme, it did not do too much to assist me in my degree studies.
The Company
It was very well organised - we always knew where we needed to be and when.
People were enthusiastic, welcoming and everyone seemed really passionate about their jobs and Unilever.
We had different challenges and activities which helped us settle in and improve various skills.
We were surrounded by full-time employees the entire time and managed to see what their working life is like/
Most employees seem to be on a similar wavelength in terms of company culture, so it was present throughout the whole programme.
Everything Else
The three days were paid for by Unilever (accommodation and meals) and up to £100 travel expenses were reimbursed.
We had one-on-one sessions with graduates and staff as well as a networking dinner.
Very useful.
I loved every moment of it.
