About You
It was a really worthwhile experience and all of the Lloyds employees made us feel extremely welcome.
All the speakers and graduates were keen to answer our questions and the day was well planned.
Getting feedback on the selection centre exercise was particularly useful.
The selection centre exercise was particularly valuable for future job applications.
The Company
There was a good balance of talks, small group discussion and a group exercise.
Everyone was very positive and I enjoyed the experience.
The graduates gave us useful feedback in small groups about how well we performed in the mock selection centre and we were given valuable career advice.
I got a good impression of the company culture and their graduate programme.
We had the opportunity to speak to many different graduates who answered our questions well.
The day was a valuable insight into working in this sector.
Everything Else
All travel expenses were reimbursed.
I met lots of graduates and we could ask the speakers questions.
The graduates were very approachable and spoke to us over lunch as well as during the small group discussion session.
Found out about charity opportunities with Lloyds.
I would definitely recommend it to someone even if they are unsure banking is the career for them - it was a useful insight into this sector.
