    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • Was good to hear from the emerging talent team, a current employee and current graduates. Some parts of the day did seem to go on for a bit longer than perhaps necessary.

  • Relatively relaxed once everyone had settled in.

    4/5

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • Heard from a current employee and graduates about their first hand experiences.

  • Again hearing from current employees and graduates about their first hand experience was a good insight.

  • Gave me a lot of information to go away and think about whether I want a career in banking.

    4/5

    Everything Else

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?
  • Only an insight day so not paid and lived locally so did not require travel expenses to be reimbursed.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • Got to chat with current graduates and other people on the insight day during lunch.

    4/5

  • 13. How were the networking/ social event opportunities?
  • As only an insight day for students wasn't necessarily the need for networking.

    3/5

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?
  • Learnt about charity work you can get involved with and the social scene between the graduates.

    5/5

  • A good insight if you are considering a career within Lloyds or the banking sector.
