About You
I thought the insight day was extremely useful for someone wanting to go into a career in banking.
Extremely. The staff taking the insight day made it clear they valued those interested in the business and those who may go on to become leaders in the business.
Very good guidance and support.
Assessment centre exercise was extremely useful in giving an insight into what a genuine assessment day would be like.
The Company
Very well structured. Lots of variety in activities (talking to graduates, recieving a talk from current employees, assessment centre, breaks provided)
The staff tried very hard to make the insight day informal and comfortable.
Travel expenses were reimbursed which made the applicant feel more valued.
Thought it was extremely useful. Talking to graduates gave an extremely honest point of view of the company.
very much so. Again talking to staff that were already at the top level of their area proved that the staff had a true "doors open policy".
Very valued. Definitely aided in deciding whether a career in banking was for me. Would have perhaps been more useful to have someone from each department scheme there.
Everything Else
This was helpful.
Plenty.
Very good.
Lots of information about extra curricular activites.
I would definitely recommend if considering a career in banking or management.
