About You
It was quite interesting, learned more about the company and realised that there were far greater areas in the company than i had first thought.
Felt well looked after, all needs taken care of.
I think we got quite a lot of guidance, but could have gained more insight from grad students better circulation, could be argued it was a downfall fo both participants as well as grads.
I did not learn any particular skills in my opinon, i have gained some knowlegde and insight into test centres though.
The Company
Had a clear structure, kept to time sacles in order to achieve all aspects of the day.
It was quite formal I would say, I think some of the people attending were still quite young perhaps more shy, I felt there wasnt a great deal to try and bring out people's true personalities and rather trhe participants went with a persona of what they thought was expected of them rather than their true selves.
gave insights of daily roles fairly well.
Difficult to do as lloyds has so many subculture companies but did their best to give an overall insight.
Everything Else
I have yet to receive my reimbursement as of yet but I am expecting to be reimbursed
they were fairly good, had a chance to ask questions and learn more.
it was ok
