About You
Overall it was enjoyable.
They considered us as potential future employees of Lloyds. But seeing as it was only for a day it would be difficult for them to really value us.
A little guidance on careers and advice related to the recruitment process.
The information gained will help us when we apply for internships, placements etc.
The Company
Overall it was well structured.
Friendly staff and graduates.
They invested their time into talking to us, but seeing as it for only a day there wasn't significant investment. They gave us lunch which was nice.
Would've liked to find out about the work life balance, find out about working here full time. Didn't really explain that.
Some understanding of the culture, there's a lot of team work and people wanting to help each other progress.
I knew I wanted to go into banking before the event.
Everything Else
They reimburse travel expense up to £50.
Met 5-6 graduates and talked to all of them.
Sat in groups and each graduate spent some time with us to talk and we could ask them questions.
No - that would've been a good question to ask.
Overall a day well spent.
