The Role
A Play Hard (socials, trainings etc.), Work Hard (challenging tasks)work experience
If you do well, they will accept to let you do the jobs you want
Relations with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners are excellent
Average working hours would be 8.30AM until 6.30PM
If you show your commitment and produce high quality work, you will be given the responsabilities you wish. I asked if I could have client-facing experiences. After a week only, I met a client for the first time, and ended up meeting clients face-to-face about 10 times during my internship!
Excellent learning experience
The Company
Ernst&Young is about people and relations with people
Excellent! HR, managers, and teams make every effort to make us feel that we are part of the team
Don't choose EY if you want to earn a lot of money; but choose EY if you want a good work life balance
