The Role
Great experience and the chance to work across a varied portfolio of different events, campaigns and accounts.
Very valued - the team could not function properly without us!
Always received support and pushed to take on better opportunities.
In marketing, business is dependent on live campaigns so can be varied at all times.
I had a lot of responsibility and my opinions and views were taken into account when decisions were made.
Skills I have developed whilst on placement will stick with me for a very long time
The Company
As a corporate commercial office - generally upbeat with morale being quite high but not quite always 'fun'.
very well organised - it could've been better structured in terms of expansion of opportunities.
I've received a lot of training with YouTube and Google but would be great to learn more about the Digital sideof everything.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I would not come back to a Grad Scheme but only as a manager/entry level position.
The Culture
Depending on how much you get involved.
Average
London - Central London is good.
A lot of charity work and social events within the company.
