About You
Good to learn about the company a bit more during the quiz, I mostly enjoyed the final activity which required organisation and time management
I t may have helped that a few of my friends from university also attended and that I travelled with a friend, but everyone was friendly and easy to tall to
I didn't require much support during the insight, I felt like I could have approached the staff if I needed to
The Company
It was well structured although I think it would have helped if we were given some indication as to how the day would be structured beforehand
The general atmosphere was good with like minded candidates all with a passion for the banking industry
This was one of the main reasons that I enrolled on this insight and I am pleased that I now wknow what it would be like to work for Lloyds banking group
The presentation heavily emphasised the company culture as being local and the people's bank. The insight Definatly helped me understand the culture
Everything Else
There were a few opertunities to meet a select number of employees but I felt that the networking could have been more organised rather than casual
The was again lots of information on this which helped to sell the bank as not being 1 dimensional but also about getting involved in fundraising and other activities
Overall it was a fantastic day and I learnt a lot, I would definitely reccomend this to a friend
