About You
The quiz at the start was a good ice-breaker.
Taking part in an assessment center style group exercise was invaluable.
The Company
It would have been good to have more chance to move between groups rather than sitting at the same tables in order to meet more people.
If there had been places to sit over lunch it would have been easier to chat with others.
As this was only a day they couldn't do much of this, but the assessment center practice has really improved my skills.
We got to talk to current graduates. I was left a little confused about the schemes on offer so it would have been good to have an overview of these, but this information will be on their website so it's not a big problem.
Any chance to interact with a company, especially in their own building, will give you a good idea of this.
It has helped me think more about the types of schemes I should look at and also to think about where this might allow me to go further on in a career.
Everything Else
You could claim expenses back but I didn't travel far.
We met a few of the current grad students and one person from HR, so this could have been better but it was helpful.
There wasn't as much time as i would have liked for talking to others on the insight, and there weren't great places to sit and chat.
