About You
Everyone was very welcoming and I enjoyed the variety of activities. I would have liked to have more of an idea of what the day involved before I got to the event.
I felt quite nervous before I got there, but everyone made me feel very relaxed and involved in the day.
There was plenty of time for any questions that I wanted to ask and it was easy to approach anyone
I learnt a lot about what a career at lloyds would be like and I realised more of what I wanted to do in the future. However I felt a lot of the day was spent telling us about the graduate scheme and would have like to know more about other aspects of working at lloyds.
The Company
There was a clear structure to the day, though this was mentioned quickly at the beginning so meant that I forgot what the day involved by the afternoon.
The day was very full on and I was constantly involved in the activities.
I appreciated that lloyds will update me on applying for an internship for next summer.
There were plenty of opportunities to talk to people who worked at lloyds and also apart of the graduate program.
I was interested to find out about what other opportunities there were within the company.
I was still undecided about what I wanted to do in the future, but the experience helped me to decide more about what I do and do not want for the future.
Everything Else
I enjoyed that there was always an opportunity to talk to a variety of employees.
I was slightly nervous before I arrived at what the networking was going to involve, but everyone made me feel very welcome.
I was very interested about the opportunities and activities I could get involved in, I would have liked to find out more about the possible opportunities.
It was a good experience that gave me a lot of information about the company.
