The Role
It has been a great experience working here, got given a lot of opportunities and met so many great people
We get a lot of responsibility so I feel my job makes a big difference to my team and they appreciate the hard work I put in.
Lots of support, not just through my manager but also through my PDM
Some days I was really busy, other days not so much, but there is always something extra to get involved in if I have a quiet day and my team would be really helpful if I was really busy
Responsibility is a big thing with IBM placements.
I developed my skills massively as got offered so many opportunities to assist with this!
The Company
Everyone is really nice, the offices are open plan so feels much nicer
Very well run
We are always offered training courses/events which we can take part in.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
They do not have many finance grad roles - only down side really.
The Culture
There is always something going on!
Average, although Portsmouth can get a bit repetitive
Nightlife was ok
Loads, there is always an event coming up!
