About You
Was an interesting overview. Not as in-depth into every sector as would have liked but certainly very worthwhile.
It was a little impersonal. We were definitely seen as future employees, but were treated like numbers at times.
It was a very independent program for the most part which I enjoyed. That being said, if ever you needed help or guidance someone was there to help.
The primary take away from this in terms of useful skills was team work and team building.
The Company
Very well structured. Absolutely seamless. Program moved rapidly and was on time.

Not really very applicable to this short insight program.
Work shadowing was very applicable. Excellent insight.
Most of the talks were focused on operations as opposed to culture, so this area lacked depth.
Everything Else
Transportation was paid for by Citi.
Networking sessions almost every day. Really made a difference.
High quality. Very well planned and orchestrated.
Not really.
Very good look at Citi and at banking in general. Would recommend to friends interested in finance.
