The Role
Very enjoyable within the team and work complexity
Quite valued within my team and working group.
Only given guidance when requested, was not left to find things to do, was given tasks to do and complete for them.
Worked on a product which was released so was a lot of core tasks to complete before the deadline.
Varied responsibility, lead a team for specific testing and more.
Was a technical role and my course is technical. All coding and practice will aid me in my degree.
The Company
Social and friendly
Some issues with reviews and such, but mostly set out and planned well
Varied courses of education were on offer throughout the placement and we could opt in to any we fancied or were recommended to under go.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Very appealing due to atmosphere, social aspects and work load.
The Culture
Organized nights out and events.
Lived in city center so cost was a bit more expensive than living outside of the city.
Good nightlife, plenty of different bars and clubs.
Loads of different events and clubs going around with work.
